Nestled in the hills of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, You will find a butcher's family working together processing game meat from as far north as Canada, as far south as Georgia, and as far west as Montana.

From September to February, our smokehouse is smoking game meat products. The pleasant aroma of cherry wood surrounds the area.

For six months my wife of 50 years, our three sons, and even a few grandchildren, are on hand to assist hunters in making sure their trophy is treated properly, from skinning for a mount to making selections of meat cuts. Also allow them to select from a list of family specialties.
